50 Years. Vision squanders not strength.

War on Poverty.  Kill it.

War on poverty.  Kill them.

War on ignorance.  War for science.  War for education and the educated.  Beat the Ruskies …. Make the world a civilized place.

War on ignorance.  War for science.  War for education and the educated.  The dying cries of the weak kneed liberal scum elite who have no guts, no gumption, no backbone, no standing.

War on prejudice.  Ignorance breeds hate.

War on prejudice.  A laugh line.

America grows with the great middle class.  Strong political structures.  Strong societal base.  Strong swath of a homogenous identity in a great country.

Bring the broad based educated into positions of business power.  Those with vision can craft a nation that can see past it’s nose.

You can trust them to look after your right to vote.

You can trust them to give a damn if you have no money.

You can trust them to protect you from the swine who can get you where they want and do with you as they please.

You can trust them to key on the phantom important issues accepted as real and not get caught up in trivia or passion plays.

You can trust the inebriates in public life to deny a drink of water or cover you in sap.

You can trust the smart with dough to screw you where they can.  You can trust the smart with compassion to wrap itself in the flag and squeeze you empty.

You can trust all power beings, hacks, speakers, wrecks to play you seven ways from Sunday and to have their own backs in all good transactions of faith.

You can trust them all to get it in bed with you or to throw out the bed.

You can trust them all to bring into their oh so leveraged world views and  thought processes a wee dollop of power to oppose those who screw with it play with it, use it you hurt you when there is no cost to pay.

Poker with the gods

If they thought that the “issues” that matter were the issues that matter then they would contemplate the ‘issues’ that matter and force them down your your throat.  The issue creators and the issue police can look good or bad or like saps in the wind.  No matter.

See the devils in the coats of many colors.  See the baby eaters and the night stalkers.  See without honor and stature and see the  masters of hopes in hopes of being one …… the songs and stories and narratives are as good as it gets.

Winners win.  Losers lose.  Baiters bait.  Bait provides open roads for the mowers of men; moves the mountains of joy.

The serendipities of pleasure abound.  The serendipities of the dismissive  are the joys.  The serendipities of this perpetual motion.  The art of the roar.  Ahhh …. the falling stars.  Ahhh ….. poker with the gods.

Same money …. just who are the favored thieves.

Steal the vote.  Steal the money.  Steal what ain’t nailed down and steal what is rightfully the percentage off of the top for the crooks and licensees.

Steel what you can when you can.  The public lives to give it away.  The public looks to pay the players their due just for keeping war from breaking out in the streets and for selling the idea that all power brokers are not quite corrupt enough to cause any great alarm or to cause any great interruption of the pardonably acceptable lives led by all pardonably acceptable brain sopped citizens.   Takers take.  Breakers break.  Voiders void.  Killers kill.

The money and the weaknesses in all good members of society are there to be taken.  Some with friends in high places want to funnel the money or deprivations  through the filters of government before its gets stolen or or wasted.  Other just wish to let their buddies have at it one way or the other.

Same money …. just who are the favored thieves.

Pick a number …. again

Pick a number …. multiply by two….. add four ….divide by two  …. subtract the number you started with …. the answer is two.

Pick a position ….. multiply by the factor of your cynicism  ….. add the number of ratcheted up dismal pieces of analysis ….. divide by the vectors of staunch appeals to gut busting farce …… subtract the position taken …… the answer is void …… that which the world is left with when doing the math and logic of all wild eyed fire breathers and saints of stupidity aching to find a decent hat to hang their lack of thought upon .

The logic of argument and debate is a strong and good things.  The logic of argument and debate do proud the participants in substance and wish.  The logic of argument and debate is a fanciful thing taken over by the aggressive and the strong and the mean who find problems problematical and light dim when framed in real terms and approached with rigorous effort ….. The answers are in the vig, the vigorish … the take taken out of an issue as tribute for ownerships of the games, the frames, the talks, the walks.  Only suckers debate in real terms

Pick a number.  The games persist and the players move seemlessly.  They have to pretend a little harder sometimes that the game is really really for real.  Its work they don’t like.
