All love democracy save for those who can do something to enforce it, make it viable, efficient, responsible, purposeful, representative and free from being rigged or tilted, maneuvered, influenced or played.

All love democracy save for those who love the structural advantages of gerrymandering, the arcane advantages of senate hostage taking, the legislative advantages of vote rigging and game bending, the mouthy paeans to respect for a minority that comes with the power grabbers and serial haters.

All love democracy save for those who know that the middle is not where to gain a power base and that a power base comes best from those who can turn the vulnerabilities of a system to their own best advantage through passion, hate, ownership of sainted souls, intimidation, fear, want.

All love democracy save for those who cannot benefit greatly from its fates, practices, vagaries and misdemeanors. Politicians are professionals after all. Professionals seek compensation, wealth, influence, power, diminished returns for rivals.

Screw up the government so that nothing gets done.

Screw up the government so that it don’t work and that it don’t look good.

Screw up the government so that it falls apart and disappears and makes all of the people with faith in the good ole US of A doubt their faith, doubt their honor, doubt their system, doubt getting things done.

Screw up the government so that it can be hateful, deviled, devalued, gone with the wind.

Screw up the government so that it can be nullified, challenged, intimidated, attacked.

Screw up the government so that guns can be waved at law makers, law givers, law enforcers, laws and that guns can be waved in the air in favor of flack jackets, jack boots and my way or the highway.

Screw up the government so that there are cracks and openings and questions of who and what and who will enforce what , where and when when and where the guns are out and the winds are stiff.

Screw up the government so that the posses of the willful skaters, haters, baiters, forearm shivers can challenge that which the gods have ordained as the enemy.

The gun talk is gone and neigh forgotten.

The screamers are poised and ready to pounce.

The Owners are ready to let the peons be peons.

The watchers are ready to let the game squeeze out its dead wood and the dead folk dragging.

The stories go round and round and nobody knows whats important and whats not.

The Liberal Arts

The Liberal Arts are the pathway to doltish liberalism, useless political opinions and insights, jobs with no real world value and lives wasted knowing about critical thought, intellectual history, history, culture, knowledge, life.

There is no use in the business world for those who can see past their noses and who may have insights about people and things outside of the realm of product and market and demand by rote. Broad based businessmen and woman can’t see past their navels and have no appreciation for the ignorance of the public at large. Dead minds are good business minds.

There is no use in the political world for those who can see past their noses and who may have insights about people and things outside the realm of product and market and demand by rote of those who are rote by demand.

Why understand anything or know of a broader canvas of thought when the payoff is in quality of parameters of work and structure when these thing can’t be seen by those who cannot see.

It is best to be closed off and limited if that creates a dead drone work force that can be bent of the will of manipulated markets.

Fear, intimidation, meanness and aim

Its sovereignty time again. Its the time when we all sit back and pretend that power flows up and down the political system in ways answerable to government, law givers, executive actors, inane representatives, culturally deprived politicos, boorish, immaculate spewers of policy and mirth. Ahh, the civics classes that no one took or cared about or understood are of a fiction gone by and a time protected from the harangues of position, influence, agenda, freedom from consequence, freedom to buy and sell useless souls who want to be in with the in crowd

What gets done is cracks in the fabrics of balance … balance of powers amongst the competing strains of bad governance. What gets used is access to the pretty little vacuums opened up to those who are left to operate on their own with no one to check them and no mechanism to see them. The brain dead, calcified system of sinners and suckers that we ordain and cherish leave the open field to those who would be powerful and dangerous….. all it takes is fear, intimidation, meanness and aim. Especially aim.
