Government vs private. Society vs the individual. Security, health and welfare, economic security, provisions for infrastructure, food, clothing, shelter. Things vital for the valid society to survive.

Government is corrupt. Always was. Always will be. The private sector is corrupt. Always was. Always will be. States right gives abundant power to easily corruptible state politics. Federal overseeing give nice impetus to meddlesome functionaries of true belief.
