The conundrum of envy for the rights of a union wage without the choice understanding that such competition may in rational mode raise all boats of pay and prey and that diminishing same cuts some very effective tools for any competitive edge for workers to obtain….. silly lessons from the bloody dirty past.

Put upon unions like all good organizations, businesses, governments and loud mouths may also become power hungry, corrupt, ravenous and obnoxious …. but fundamental truth still remains …. they are the last best firewall against the serfdom so many seem to crave.

Capital needs its flexibility … to own workers, their lives, their privacy, their habits, their futures. The trust in these benign forces who seek interests other than their own is the fantasy of those of certain persuasions … the rising tide that raises all boats of capital does so only if all boats are not dammed off in rotten cesspools. Battles won by an awful lot of sainted forbearers in the America of poetry charmed by those who wish to have the poetry of happy paternalism and trust in their good offices are battles lost, diminished, negated, forgotten.

Since the wise trust none ….. the distrust of all is as sane as the distrust of the poor, poor, laborer who depends upon those who move our mountains…… none of which just know how to manipulate money and systems and things.

As in many things…there are always the pendulum shifts …… gorging labor ain’t no damn good….. killers of capital capital killing humbles us in our praise of the ruthless of old. Lets all stand with them.

There is no politics like drama politics. The grand persuasions of bag men, lice, pop in jays, weak wannabees, pests, and true to life gangster stars sets the tone for all good and trustworthy true that may happen to happen to be.

Little bits of migrant flecks of deadenned dead puff up their chests and sing arias of culture whilst jack booting the stabs of disdain.

Little bits of flocking heroes squawk with graveled throats and hardened hearts and hands as they seek to use the tactics flowery open to all good overheated schoolyard punks and those butterflies who daily pray to the iron gods of holy intimidation.

The smart and the agile and the tough and the corrupt are the ones who earn their rewards and are the ones who earn their lengths and strengths and meanness and little bits of coy. These are scum, the successful, the players, the flatulators, the abominators, the desirably dim and unctuously convivial. These are the ones who own, the owners, the ones who own what they own and snuff out who they snuff out. These are the ones who understand….the ones who understand their little corners of heaven…our little bits of a bit of their own and our little bits of hubris and reach. Power is theirs.

In the land of dirt dirt with a sap is best dirt….. our daily bread.

Spectacle…….jaded debauchery…. monstrous parodies of venal gladiators……. circuses….no bread……the dumbing down and breaking down of a sick and weary public…..the thrills of overgrown adolescents mapping out the political landscape….the thrills of babies with bazookas running the messages of our world.

Give me not the tattered clothes of the tawdry beggars of slime and crime…give me better the silver swords of their fiery quests. They are our ugly bastards who whip and thrill and have the luxury of being soulless in our world that knows not what for is a soul.

Play, demean, seduce, glow. The infantile is here to bray….the infantile is here to stay….the infantile is to be for our hearts to pray…… turn out, be broken souls, dumb down, be oh so weary….let the professional wrestlers of our little show and let them do their little things and beat down their happy little swamps for their joyous hours of dirt and spearing. It must be because evil communists and therefor like minded socialists were our latest and greatest eternal and existential foe or because the fascists and statists were just those funny little killers and murderers and fiends who were rancid monsters in the glory days of pre history but any and all upon the left side of the political spectrum can be demonized and censured and hated and scorned and be put on the righteous defensive by any and all allusions to the grand devils of Stalinland while the holy right side of the spectrum can never be linked to the extreme natures of their beings … the eternal monstrous fascists impulses and states of grand self serving grace.

Allusions to the extremes work well for all base alluders and rank fear mongers but the allusions to any poor righteous bastards who are in over their heads and conscience are passed over as unworkable, untoward, and measly and mealy mouthed.

No primal latent streak of accommodating warmth for the efficiencies of the good dictator or efficient fascist state could ever prevents traction from being gotten by foolish comparison or observation. High umbrage, crying self righteousness and victimhood comes tearfully from those labeled so. … they have the immunity of the strong while their opposites have the weaknesses of the weak.

Rank bastards are rank bastards no matter the stripe or color….. no matter the evil or the spewing exaggerations …. but there may be a secret tender heart lurking here for certain kinds of rank bastards …. toughness is good.
