Common, unchaste rage against common, unchaste intelligence; common, unchaste rage against common, unchaste rigorous thinking, intellectual abilities, worldly wisdom, practical smarts, the well deserved gifts to ourselves of pretensions to adulthood …. we all have to indulge our cravings for sweets and happiness at times and in seasons.

The joys and comforts of declining brain waves and proud guttural emotions of disdain and aggression are the wrappings upon the presents of glory and the icings upon the cakes of panacea.

That there is no avenues to responsible power, no paths to actual stakes in the process of governance leaves us our pittance of simple wants and pleasures, simple beliefs and affronts.

It is the investment in stupid that makes days bearable, that makes the beauty pageants of willful politicos palatable, that makes talk of the greatness of America and American ideals statements worth believing, that makes those statements practiced today self defined and self inclusive, exclusive set with boundaries cast in feeble terms with feeble thoughts and feeble effort.

Wisdom is a luxury for those who feel it it worth the trouble.

All true believes hate each other. The fact that they are all of the same species, all cut from the same piece of self reinforcing, self aggrandizing, self inflating cloth does little to tame their hatred for the other other in their battles forever with their mirror images and like minded torturers, killers, censors, haters, muggers, lynchers and dolts.

The ease of total immersion, total acquiescence to the ideals of God, the motherland, the fatherland, the ancesterland, the martyrland, the saviorland, the land of milk and honey, treacle and farce is the balm of the empty, the lacking, the weak, the limited, the small, the rage fueled, the noxious demons of being unable to deal with contrary thought…. pocked minds riddled with burrs of cactus and soothed with wines of slugs.

Spare us their holiness and passions, their false principles and middling claims to humanhood. Nothing in hell, heaven or earth take precedence over their rights to be master, arbitrator, judge, jury, executioner, zealot or thug. The refuge of the hater and the assassin. Those of real conscience earn their humanity…. are of an honorable nature free of hubris and dogma, tough, having gone through the work of trying to come to grips with the good workings of the human spirit.

Why is politics considered today the occupation and work of civilized people seeking civilized solutions to civilized problems in a civilized way….especially when seeking civilized solutions to civilized problems in a civilized way shows ignorance of the fact that civilized ways are only for the mealy mouths who have not the strength, courage, or internal rectitude to carry and use a big stick or a bazooka in all places, in all ways, for all ends.

Why do staunch well meaning analysts, and rabid self serving haters try to say that what goes on in our political arena today is anything but the Huns at the gate and their massacres waiting to happen?

Lets have a nice little party and fix all of the evil doers and bring reason and justice, deliberation and substance to the process. Lets pick daisies and ring around the maypole.

Sharp elbows and mean people work best with thugs, gangsters, killers and thieves. Today politics is just plain thuggery and war. The true and noble good might just need to learn how to kick with steel toed boots and make all of the dirty heathens say uncle.

Think of the heroic football coach at a mean recess in with the wretched wretches in the mean corner of a tired and struggling middle school….here we have our dangerous ill tempered louts interested in holy crusade, opportunistic march to despotism, the chance to burn all who have ever glanced sideways at their fragile little selves. What the hell do we need a middle class for? The middle class is the breeding ground for phony intellectuals with pretensions to knowledge, privilege, wealth and a say in their own affairs.

The middle class can have swollen numbers so much so that while it can deaden a culture intellectually it can also demand some homage from the grand lords of flip and splatter…the button pushers.

A middle class means people who can afford not to be cannon fodder; people who can afford to look for a job that pays subsistence wages; people who can afford to not get sold up and down the rivers of no chance by the purveyors of weak and diminished lingo.

The middle class thinks that it doesn’t have to beg, that it doesn’t have to jump through endless juvenile hoops just to satisfy the grand dragons of self importance who hold the cards, have the conch.

The middle class also would have much invested in the idea that there is real independence and sovereignty being practiced in this pristine world of ours and that the practitioners should take into account the idea of a country that believes in the viability of the slobs that support it….the dead middle.
