The will is to stratify and diminish ……. the wanting mouths of the inconvenient mobs need stay wanting.

If the big money, the big power thinks globally, universally, large, quite and the big population, the mass suckers think nationally, regionally, locally, of the girl next door then what are the hammers, the tools that the poor useless slobs with their options void have to use to revamp the shape of the power games that go on and on and on and on.

Big power plays upon the world stage …. seeking to maximize world stage position…. seeking to maximize world stage personal position …. seeking to be free of restraint and free from association with those who would render them empty or there or responsible to other then their happily sealed systems of insulation from suckers and useful proxy wars with competitors.

The will is to stratify and diminish ……. the wanting mouths of the inconvenient mobs need stay wanting.

These little bits of power do not get properly aligned without balances and  the will to do so.
