Screw those who think this a civilized world

Back when the world was young and foolish in its naive rebirth of humanism after the defeats of the great evil doers of WWII and the confrontations with the vast totalitarian evil empires of communism, fascism and the acceptance of self determination and progress on behalf of the poor and down trodden of the wayward world …… the paths to the futures of forever and a day seemed honest and clear and good and brave.  Secular freedoms, law grounded in viable institutions and honest brokers with republican or democratic bents seemed the valuable ideal and an answer to the voids of human events.

Might not making right.  The comforting of the afflicted and the afflicting of the comfortable.  The balancing of powers within a society so that the messiahs of any hue or thugs of any stripe could not get a corner on the ways and means of death and taxes and freedom of movements and freedoms of thought and things dear and important.  Too much for the rank and file to handle.

The assumption was that tribalism was a passing thing  …. that potentates and dim bulbs with guns and hate and good rousing patter would be able to face opposition with guns and hate and good rousing patter within the sanctity of law and virtue, that an educated and enlightened world would embrace the age of Reason and that they would accept that the age of reason as a good thing worthy of use and reverence and reference and solace.  No shows.

The balancing of the pristine powers of the rancid needs help.  Laws need institutions that reflect the view of those who cannot hurt.  Those who care not for the passions of a reasonable man lay the groundwork for those passions to be the monumental waste of time.

Whats mine is mine …..  my piece of the damned small pie and you are in the way.  Whats mine is mine ….. I need less of you, more of me.  Whats mine is mine ….. You need to be a cypher at my disposal, my heel upon your neck.  Whats mine is mine …..  Your thought are impure, a pain in my ass, that which will get in the way of my wants and impulses.  Screw those who think this a civilized world.

Suckers in the power game.  Learn to love the whip.

The object is to gain all of the power that one can so that one does not have to recognize the merits or lack of same in any opposition … so that one does not have to water down ones own divinity by staining the breed with the rancid blood of non believers and thinkers.  Moderation is a sacrilege.  Cooperation is weakness.  The right to dictate the minds of others sacrosanct as small minds cannot fathom that which is beyond their purview.

They’re all the same.  Dim bulb knows best and is the deity of the stars.   They know best and they know those who would corrupt their dear own little private moral universe as they have not the stones to resist temptation on their own and must codify any and all that touches not their limited access to thought corruptible and vile.

Hail the mocking birds and the intimidators, the proto fascists and the obstructionists …. it is a game of power and power achieved means control, gain, protection, and punishment.

Sneer and jeer and threaten and push.  The big lie.  The big smog.  Take the hate of the riled and ride it to the use of the whip hand and the right way and the way of choice for the whip hand.

What better way for those of the tyrannical persuasion to color themselves in the hues of perfection and ambiance and wan worlds of preciousness and precociousness than to shout tyranny this and tyranny that and rail against those who would in any way mitigate their desires and callings to hate despise, clobber, disdain, break and ruin?

What better way for those of the tyrannical persuasion to color themselves in the hues of perfection and ambiance and wan worlds of preciousness and precociousness than to stand up under the flags of freedom and wish away any and all protections from evil for those not fortunate enough to be in their clubs of self important, self righteous, chest thumping thugs?

What better way for those of the tyrannical persuasion to color themselves in the hues of perfection and ambiance and wan worlds of preciousness and precociousness than to own the mantle of protector sublime, perfecter indecent and barn burner ad nauseum whilst taking all of the tools, private and public of and for enforcement and  force and manipulation and false gods upon themselves and their ilk ti do with as they please?

So the government now knows all the stuff that we poor bastards have been giving away for free to corporate America and corporate world and corporate hackers and sweet little second graders in Dubuque and we are are charged, chagrined, apoplectic and mercilessly scared.

So they have our thoughts, our dreams, our movements, our loves, our hates, our night sweats and our false stories and false hearts.

Government is an evil thing.  Lack of government is an evil thing.  Break it too much and mean power grabbers get more.  They are mean and know how to exploit all evils good and bad.

Government is evil … except when it is not.

Private power is venal …. except when it is not.

Absence of governmental power gives free reign to competing private interests and private corruption, intimidation, hammers.

Absence of private power gives free reign to governmental monopolies of souls, of movement, of thought processes, of the right to bow down and be useless.

Power is power ….. governmental, private, religious  ….. all just the structures for its rendering  … and it can be rendered mean.
