So all the voting machines are fixed with no chance to verify.

So all the districts are fixed with no chance to clarify.

So all the party votes are fixed by the rubber stamp heroes with pristine souls to nullify. They will not buck their masters.

So all of the choices given the public amount to what color to terrify, what color the living room walls should be to establish a nice atmosphere, pleasant surroundings, good show and still leave the mortgage held by the whip hands who use the cracks in the foundation to offer good old protection rackets to that foundation rancid and dull.

All of the heroes accomplish things that dressed up in the magic mirrors of their pig tutus and their butt naked smarm.

They just don’t have the power to do good….. of which there is no such thing.

Sometimes it is not the atrophied soul that calls a canned bit of business an waste of time….. a feat worth a negative pop as it goes contrary to the rules of the game…… if one cannot use canned pablum in a talk, a debate, a miserable piece of the public’s business then all of the obnoxious electioneering fops would have to get paid for doing something useful rather than just establishing power grabs and power plays for useless bits of slanted drivel.

As legislation is the holy grail of the power play and negotiations are the means to demand capitulation and retreat, political talk, debate, clamor feeds the mouths of those who fill the power vacuums left to the populous by the pretense of having learned men and women vie for the more perfect union.

Union is a anathema as it implies some sort of integrated whole. That is the evil of the world.

Frameworks and stories; fairy tales and gossamer constructions …… the mystic muses know that saying makes it so …. calling upon the spirits of tree lizards past and present makes for the right modes and the promising futures.

The good night stories for all nestled children and the silent stroking of a loved mother are the comforting pieces of experience and wisdom that make it easy to focus upon the sweet smells of cocoa and butterscotch as life gets put in the wrappings of a warm blanket.

Rich. poor. Obnoxiously self righteous. Unapologetic or rancidly dismissive. Whiners and piners and left eyed diners. The creeps, the trees, the fungi in the mulch …… all of god’ children under the midnight sun are in the Hobbesian desert with limited resource and unmitigated hate.

The haves that have have the wants they want. The have nots that have not have the needs they need …… crass conflict is there for the waiting and crass conflict is there to be dealt with with the iron fist and the orchestrated ear.

Imposed, implicitly agreed upon, gotten from heaven, demigods, the cream of mankind, the social contract brilliantly lets the happy and worthy haves have … lets the unhappy and worthy have nots have not, lets the unhappy and worthy have nots seek their maker or other good things. Good lives and lands and all manor ponds of scum leave little steam vents of hope for or or resentment regulate the pressure.

Wealth corrupts. Influence, power corrupts, is corrupting. Finding ways to game the natural order of things is what flacks and bullies and handy dandy culture warriors and power vacuum players and loud mouth bought and sold, or made in defective sweat shop politicos do for us all. They are nature lubricants … the glue that never goes bad, that ever gums up the works.

Take access to power away from enough scum and there’d better be a bunch of iron fists in or out of velvet gloves.
